Anti-Harassment Policy
Envestnet requires that each employee, applicant, contractor, vendor and guest be treated with respect and dignity at all times. Envestnet is firmly committed and dedicated to providing a work environment that is free of sexual harassment at all times. We strictly prohibit sexual harassment, and our policy also extends to other forms of harassment. Envestnet therefore prohibits harassment based on age, race, gender, religion, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital or civil partner status, pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, military or veteran status, political association, immigration status, or any other characteristics that are protected categories under applicable law. All employees are expected to avoid any behavior or conduct that could reasonably be interpreted as harassment. No employees, even the highest ranking officers of Envestnet, are exempt from the requirements of this policy
Envestnet’s policy prohibiting harassment applies globally to all applicants and employees of Envestnet and its subsidiaries, both at work and off of the company’s premises. Thus, employees should use particular care to comply with this policy at work-related events, social settings, office parties and at client events. Furthermore, we prohibit harassment of company employees by applicants, contractors, contingent workers, vendors, customers, guests and business partners. Envestnet also will not tolerate harassment by company employees of any applicants, contractors, contingent workers, vendors, customers, guests and business partners.
