We designed the next generation of our Proposal tool to leverage cross-platform technology, years of research, and an intuitive design, so advisors can spend more time on client relationships, and less time on administration.

Getting Started
If you have Quick Start configured, starting a next generation Proposal is as easy as clicking from the menu. The design of this tool is based on user feedback and legacy Proposal configurations, so users shouldn’t expect surprises. Open the Proposal, enter a client’s initial information, and go. Need more? There is an entire library of on-demand support, authored with the sole purpose of driving advisor success. Read on.
Online Training
For users that benefit from self-paced-learning the online training offers seven structured modules that give a comprehensive overview of the Proposal tool. The training is easily accessed from the top menu bar of the Help Center.

Users can test their knowledge with an assessment at the end of the modules and become a certified Proposal user. This training can be finished in under an hour. Users have the option to binge it all at one time or move at their own pace to complete the training. Progress is unique to each user and saved within the system.
Support On Demand
The Envestnet Help Center is available to advisors by clicking the icon in the upper right-hand corner of every page of the Proposal tool. The Help Center provides step by step instructions for every aspect of running and modifying a Proposal. This is a user's number one resource for figuring out how to utilize the Proposal. Our Help Center is regularly updated to reflect technology release enhancements and general product updates by a team of e-learning specialists. We strongly encourage use of this resource.
