ROBERT COPPOLA

As Chief Technology Officer, Bob is responsible for leading all of Envestnet's client-facing technological innovations, furthering solutions philosophy, and defining our continuous technological improvement strategy. 

Prior to joining Envestnet, Bob was the Chief Information Officer at Cision, where he helped transform the company into a technology-driven solution provider. Before joining Cision, Bob spent 24 years in the financial services industry in technology leadership roles for companies including Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters/Thomson Financial, and S&P Global, formerly McGraw Hill Financial.  

Over the past 25 plus years, Bob has accumulated a broad range of business, technology, and support experience within the financial services and media industries. His previous responsibilities include roles as the Global Head of Technology, Service, and Operations at Thomson Reuters, Chief Reliability Officer and Global Head of Customer Service at Thomson Financial, Global Head of Research and Data, and General Manager of Product Strategy at Bloomberg LP.  

Bob graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelor's degree in Economics.
