Introducing our second Wealth Management Platform release of 2024

Share risk tolerance questionnaire with clients via the Client Portal

In this increasingly digital world, investors ask for a more online investing experience. With this in mind, the Proposal tool includes the ability to share the Risk Tolerance Questionnaire (RTQ) with clients on the Client Portal.

When you share the RTQ, the Proposal sends an email to the client to let them know that it is ready for completion. On properties page, the advisor can also select Request Info to request account information from the client via the Client Portal.  After the advisor generates proposal documents in the Summary page, the advisor can select documents and select Share to add specific client documents to the Client Portal. Sending the RTQ to clients via the client portal gives them the ability to complete the questionnaire at their own pace.

Proposed Asset Transition Summary analysis integration into the Proposal tool

With this enhancement, we’ve streamlined the Proposed Asset Transition analysis process and budget selection by integrating them into the Proposal tool. In the past, this process was entirely manual and relied on emails, phone calls, and other means to be completed.

Introducing the Investment Strategy Proposal (ISP) Lite document

ISP Lite is the streamlined version of our comprehensive Investment Strategy Proposal. In addition to prioritizing proposal information to include the most relevant, highly used and valuable pages, the ISP Lite document also has a refreshed look and feel. However, just like the standard ISP document, the ISP Lite documentation contains all the information necessary to help an individual investor make sound choices toward their financial and investment goals.

ISP Lite is the first deliverable in Envestnet’s strategy to enhance the Proposal generation experience. The abridged ISP Lite document is available for use with clients today, and we will continue to update the document with optimized pages and features from the current version each release cycle.

Real-time configurations update in the Proposal tool

This release, certain product and security configurations made through the UI will now automatically refresh, ensuring that you see the most up-to-date information in your proposal. You won’t need to wait for an overnight refresh to see these modifications.

For example, product and security overrides made through the UI will be reflected immediately in the Proposal. Seeing updates to security and product configurations in real time helps prevent trade errors or other issues that may arise.

Simulate trades when guiding a cash flow into an account’s sleeves or positions

You can now preview simulated trades when you use the sleeve guided feature in a service request to allocate cash amounts to or from individual sleeves or positions in an UMA account. Previewing cash allocation impact helps you make more informed decisions when creating a raise cash or invest contribution service request to direct a cash flow.

Launch the Direct Indexing page to request a custom product from your Desktop

If you use Direct Indexing, you can survey manager firms, request custom products, and learn more about this feature when you launch a Direct Indexing landing page from your Envestnet Desktop.

Introducing the Quick View panel for information where you need it

In this release, we're introducing a new page element, the Quick View panel within our enhanced advisor experience. It gives you access to useful information when and where you need it. The first change you’ll see on platform is a panel of additional client information among four widgets on the Client List page, and you can expect more options to come in future releases.

The Quick View panel lets you work on the Client List page while seeing specific financial details for your client. You will see the following widgets:

  • Net Worth: Shows the latest data available
  • Account Performance: Shows returns as TWR net of fees
  • Asset Allocation: Shows data as of last market close
  • Top Holdings: Shows the top six holdings by value. The data are as of last market close

Introducing the Sponsor Accounting dashboard

Managing daily reconciliation can be a lengthy, hands-on-process involving various teams. To streamline this process, we’re introducing the Sponsor Accounting dashboard, your new one-stop location to track your most recently completed daily accounting activities.

Add optional security policy sets in Split and Merge Goal workflows

With this release, you can add or remove optional investment policies in Split and Merge Goal workflows. Financial goals, tolerances, and financial interests can shift. By managing optional policy sets in investment policies, you can dynamically adapt to strategic shifts to best serve the needs of your clients.
